    Hello friends!
I have an Evoque 2018 with 18-inch wheels, 235/60 / R18 tires, as it was originally manufactured.
I would like to place 20-inch wheels and Pirelli Scorpion 235/55 / R20 tires.
I think the 18-inch rim does not look good on the Evoque and that by raising it 2 inches to the rim my car would look much more robust and beautiful.
I have doubts about the pressure sensors, ABS sensors and ... if changing to rim 20 should any modification be made to the shock absorbers or suspension of the car? .. or any other modification or addition of any part ?. It will be necessary to reprogram the computer of the car ?? I do not know if by raising the rim 2 inches, the tires will rub against the body.
I would greatly appreciate your valuable comments, answers and suggestions.
    Best regards!!
    Sorry my bad english

Here is what I’ve done so far. 2” lift springs by H&R, 265/50/r20 Nitto grapplers with Dub 8 spoke. Obviously roof rack, hitch receiver and lost a couple plastic parts.

275/55/20 is pretty hefty on the diameter. Width-wise you should be fine as I've had 295's on with a 1" drop, and nothing rubbed. Check it...

Any concern on the drive ratios? 2" diameter shouldn't crush it, but it'll feel softer on go (and come to a stop slower) with the additional leverage/mass. Would love to see how this turns out. Aesthetically, your 265/50 setup looks great. The 275/55 will probably will eat some bump travel, if it does fit at all. At that point, the wheel gap will be so tight, it might look like a race car with dirt tires. Just thinking out loud, so to speak.

    evoquero,

I ran 295/40R21 all around on 21x10.5 ET45 in a test fit some months back. This is with a 1" drop as well. The wheel and tire is millimeters off the strut housing both front and rear, and the outside face is dead flush with the fenders with OEM camber settings. This is about all you can fit w/o getting some poke on the outside or rubbing on the inside. In short, all the numbers previously posted are narrower than the above, so unless you're doing something goofy with the wheel offset, you should be fine.
