    my evoque has paint overspray

    can i use "claybar" on the front windshield and the front side door "hydrophobic glass"?

    im concerned that the claybar might remove the hydrophobic coating on the front door glass. Help

    I hope this wasn't a dealer "repair." Honestly I don't know. But I wouldn't hesitate to contact one of the claybar manufacturers directly and ask.

    You can claybar the class but I would just use a cleaner like simple green and a sponge and go to work. Why overspray though?...that would irk me!

    somebody was painting a another car nearby and i forgot to cover mine.

    anyway just remembered that i could just use "blade" first for the glass, simpler, faster

    Clay bar can remove some of it followed by a glass polish. But if the paint has been there for a while you can use a plastic scrapper to remove it and after machine polish to finish.
