    TMPS Sensor question?

Well found a set of 20's for the EVO, purchased the correct LR031713 tmps sensor units. Question is does the car just pick them up, and read correctly or do thay have to be "Waked up", or driven awhile to be functional? Thanks!!

From what I have read on other sites it will just pick them up. But... no personal experience.

I was worried about the same thing, but rest assured, mine just picked up the new sensors when I switched my wheels about a month ago.

I have style 5's and style 6's, for winter and summer respectively- No need to calibrate when switching. They just pick up automatically. This, by the way, is different than my wife's Honda which requires the dealer or other knowledgable party to engage them each time the wheels are swapped.
