I went with Tire Rack's recommended 235/65 17s in the Pirelli Scorpion Winters. Definitely a chunkier look, but I think eminently practical for snow and winter roadway pot holes

Thanks. Did you get their recommendation on line or over the phone? Just curious because their online configurator won't let me choose "minus" sized wheels and tires.

Dasevoque, What wheel brand did you go with? Their default is "Sport Edition" but they seem to have a bad reputation as being weak and easily dented.

Lachlan, you have to click on the winter package link before it'll offer the smaller wheels. --Paul

Beopaul: I went with the Enkei Performance M52. I had to stick with a black wheel to go with my Evoque's Black Pack. And a good catch on the fact you have to choose winter tire/wheel to get the 17" package options.

Looks Good...I had those tires on a Q5 and they did a really good job in the cold/snow!

Thanks much CB17. And good to hear the Pirelli Scorpion Winters did well. I really don't expect them to pay much in dividends here in DC, but I am really looking forward to next winter after we retire to Colorado Springs!

For all of the other forum members out there. I'd love to see pics of your winter-shod Evoques.

Here's another pic from the side. One unlooked for "benefit" of the 17 inch wheels ... the brake discs really fill up the space. With the 20 inch wheels, the discs look rather anemic....
