Fog Lights / High Beams
On my Evoque the light switch won't allow me to turn on the fog lamps when the high beams are on. Is this lighting limitation a feature on the Evoque or do I have a faulty light switch? If it is a feature is there a work around to have the fog and high beams working together. As the fogs do a great job of brightly illuminating the road directly in front of you, the combination with the high beams would be very good on poorly surfaced dark country roads at night.

Fog lights are meant for fog, when you want to see UNDER the fog blanketing the road in front of you. If you were to switch on your high beams in fog, you would be blinded by the glare. All cars are designed to run fog lights with the low beams and lock them out when the high beams are switched on. It's a feature, not a bug.
