Side moulding, side scuttles and front/rear "skid plates"

Being such a new vehicle, I cannot source any online diagrams. Contacted LR to see if the parts/service dept could help decipher it but no dice. I'm hoping one of you good folks could shed some light on this:

I'm wanting to paint the side molding(the protrusion on the bottom 1/3 of the side panels), side scuttles and front/rear "skid plates"(the gray area). I therefore, need to figure out how these come off. The side scuttle/side moulding seem to just pop off but I'm kinda wary of breaking a tab underneath. As far as the skid plates go, do the bumpers need to come off? Painting the parts while still being on the vehicle isn't going to cut it.

Actually this is what I've found so far for skid plates but doesn't explain if the bumpers need to come off for the tabs. I don't read Russian x.X
