replacing fuel filter
hi i live in a city in the congo where the closest land rover garage is 2 hours by plane, anyways few days ago i refueled, 5min later restricted performance comes up on the dashboard, i count drive more than 30km, anyways i drove home, i call a mechanic, he tells me who have to empty the fuel, so we did, and it turns out it was mixed with a lot of water...since then i try driving it it is responding much better than when ti happened, but 10min into driving it comes out again (restricted performance) the local mechanic is telling me there is probably water in the plugs and fuel lines, and needs time to dry, anyways i have ordered new plugs and a fuel filter. the company told the fuel filter is replaced thru the back seat, by removing the seat, and there is a cap...i did all that, but i assume its quite impossible to remove it thru that hole...any help please?

You aren't going to get in there that way.
The Service Manual shows the tank coming out through the bottom to access the pump, and fuel inlet sock. I don't see any hint of a replaceable fuel filter, (except for 2.0 built for China market). I don't know the build of your car, so could be?
Probably the best bet is to head on over to www.landrovertechinfo.com and peruse the service manual. It's a fee service through Land Rover, but it's the same information we use all day long at the store.
thanks a lot for the reply, i have a dynamic 2012 model (petrol)
