2014 Pure Plus for $45,000 - good deal??

I have been working on purchasing an Evoque for couple of months now. Talking to couple of dealers. After several days of going back and forth, one of the dealers is offering a 2014 Pure Plus with HDD navigation and satellite radio for $45000. Sticker is $48,000. The $45,000 does not include $495 "dealer processing fee". Is this a decent deal? I am suppose to go meet the dealer this weekend so some input from the community will be very helpful.
    Thank you.

How many do they have? Tell them you want to drive out at $45,000, everything including T T & L.
You shouldn't have to stop just because the pavement does! 2012 Range Rover Evoque Pure Plus Coupe, 2009 Land Rover LR2 HSE traded, 2008 Land Rover LR2 SE traded.

I paid $45k + TTL for mine. It's about as good a deal as you'll find as of now. I went to 4 dealers before getting that deal.

I have a 2013 Pure Model (leased on 2/28/14) with Navigation, HD & Satellite Radio, and the Climate Package. The sticker on mine was $45K and I got it for $42K. Thought that was good with all of the packages added even if it was last year's model. Sounds like the price they are offering you on a 2014 model is good given the options.
