Hi, I'd really appreciate some assistance please...

When I turn on the 'Sync Library' option in Apple Music via Apple CarPlay, the app stops working & freezes (see photo).
All the other apps work fine in CarPlay, it's just the Music app that freezes.
The Music app works OK on the phone with the 'Sync Library' option turned on when not connected to my car, it's just on Apple CarPlay that the Music app stores working.
I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max & connecting via genuine Apple cable, the iOS is the latest version as is the Evoque software.

My vehicle is an Evoque HSE Dynamic - Carpathian Grey With 'Black Pack' - Late 2017 '67' Registration Model.
JLR main dealer can't fix it, so any help or suggestions gratefully received - Thanks 👍🏻
