The Overfinch car seems to be the standard car with different wheels.
The Kahn car has some additional tasteless modifications to trim and paintwork, as well as larger wheels.

Larger diameter wheels are only necessary if the brakes have been changed for larger ones, and the original wheels no longer fit over the brakes. Otherwise they increase unsprung mass and reduce sidewall XTOOL X-100 PAD, both of which are detrimental to ride and roadholding, and increase the tyre replacement cost. Also the reduced sidewall depth makes the wheel more vulnerable to damage.
