Hi I’ve got a 2012 manual Range Rover evoque and over the weekend a amber warning light appeared on my dash saying gearbox fault traction reduced, I’ve done abit of research and been told that there’s a secondary battery at the passenger side footwell behind the plastic cover where the fuses are had a look for the battery which wasn’t there but no location for a battery
Can anyone help me please ???

I have heard about this secondary battery and I have never found one on my 2015. I know I have the main battery and a small one in the rear of the engine compartment that deals with the start/stop. But I have never found a third one, but many say there is one.
